Refund policy

We strive for customers to be completely happy with their purchases. We are happy to assist with questions and details about all items. A return is accepted for 14 days after shipping takes place. Please use our return system (linked here) OR insure the item fully, pack securely and use a service that provides tracking while in transit. If an exchange/store credit is desired, the shop must be notified.
